Red carpet & stanchion rentals

Backdrop rentals

Mini billboard rentals

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

Full payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the service booked.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate event details

Ensure proper space and access for setup

Maintain a safe environment for equipment and staff

Royal Event Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

5. Equipment Use & Liability

All rental equipment remains the property of Royal Event Rentals.

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse during the rental period.

Additional fees may apply for damages or excessive cleaning.

6. Limitation of Liability

Royal Event Rentals shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Delays due to weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances

Interruptions outside of our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

7. Media & Marketing

We may capture photos or videos of events for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
